In the World of a Boy

My little man has broadened his horizons lately. Along the way he has picked up new words, some cute some not!

• Swiper is responsible for everything, including blowing down the 3 little pigs house.
• Snakes and bears live in his room.
• He knows how to play dead, with the proper gruesome face.
• He is scared of ghosts.

There are more and I cannot seem to remember them. I know that it all a ploy to get some attention and quite amusing. What excuses do your kids give when they do not want to go to their room or they do not want to take responsibility of their actions. Who knew that 3 year olds could be so sneaky. :)

We are still waiting on the hubs to leave. So aggravating, he was home yesterday and had to go to work today. So I am assuming that they are hearing something, but they heard something last week and it fell through. The guys that they are replacing are irritated that they cannot come home yet. Everyone is feeling some anxiety and it is starting to show. We love our Daddy and it will be hard to say goodbye, but I am know that he is ready to get this started.
