I recently heard about a living history book series called Boston Jane series by Jennifer Holm. Boston Jane is a young lady who comes to America to marry her sweetheart and has to learn to survive. She must give up her proper English upbringing to make her home in the New World.
Since we will soon be moving, I was thinking of looking into more living history books that we can read and discuss. Do you have any suggestions?
