Every parent out there, whether you homeschool or not, is looking for a way to help their children practice spelling words. SpellQuizzer is the type of program that parents have been looking forward.
As you can see in the picture below, you can create your own spelling list or import a list from the website. Then using recordings that you make your child can quiz herself and see the mistakes she is making as she is typing.

SpellQuizzer is $29.95 per computer. There is a little bit of work and time needed to set up the recordings of the spelling words and hints. The spelling list can be saved in the program for use with multiple students. Great for homes with students studying at different levels.

We did not get to use this program much because we were in the process of moving, but I liked it. My child loves the opportunity to learn from someone besides me. My 4 year old stood over her shoulder to watch the learning take place and learned a few things on his own.
